Awesome all in one solution for you very own home cloud!

I love this board and the casaos system that's also developed by Zima. And they even have a new OS cooking that will be called ZimaOS. I might also buy the HDD enclosure for more compact and nearly organized storage and can only recommend the ZimaBlade 7700 to everyone that wants to setup a personal home cloud with Jellyfin/Plex, NextCloud/syncthing and all these services just work so easily with casaos, you just deploy docker compose files and watch everything run smoothly!

love it!!!

Great little server

Using the ZimaBlade to replace an OpenStack server running a few services in VMs, with a small beast to run the same services in containers. And it runs all I need beautifully. Great little solution.

Amazing little machine!

What can't this device do? If you don't own one already I suggest you get one ASAP, it's super power efficient and runs anything from Plex to a simple Minecraft server. I'm loving it so much I bought two! One is utilized for a home NAS of sorts for some photo hosting and sharing, a Minecraft server, it also is running syncthing so that when traveling I can backup files to my home. I've got a notes application running, and several others. My second device is one I use to tinker with, add in PCIE cards and see what silly things it can do. I'm loving my little ZimaBlades, I hope that in the future we can get a small CPU bump maybe to an N100 or something similar. Super pumped to see what is next!

From noob to homelab...

I was a complete new guy to the world of homelabbing and "servers". I ran into a YouTube video or two after playing with raspberry pies about the zima board and zima blade so i gave the 7700 a try to build a NAS. Well now ive got a full blown proxmox server running truenas among other things. This blade is legit for small or large builds. I wish there were more sata ports. But again, if you are looking for some fun, this is it.
